Private service and authority

GCE Outreach is an invite-only business service. Customers may use only the tenant, account, credits, and permissions assigned to them. Browser state, copied links, and customer-supplied identifiers never create authority.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business or organization you represent.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide only business contact data and messaging guidance that you are authorized to use.
• Ensure that targeting, consent, communications, and data use comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, marketing, and other laws.
• Review generated packs and messages for claim accuracy, recipient eligibility, and compliance before approval or delivery.
• Keep credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
• Do not use the service for deceptive, unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited campaigns.

Customer and generated material

You retain ownership of the material you submit to GCE Outreach. You grant Get Connected Engineering LLC a limited, nonexclusive license to host, process, secure, and transmit submitted material only as necessary to provide and protect the service.

As between you and Get Connected Engineering LLC, and subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated material delivered to your account. Generated material may resemble other material, and uniqueness is not guaranteed.

Generation and delivery

Generated material is a draft and may be incomplete or incorrect. Human review is required. Bulk generation never authorizes bulk sending. Delivery remains Off unless an authorized manager deliberately opens a conforming delivery window.

Subscriptions, credits, and taxes

Plan allowances, credit costs, renewal dates, and top-up terms shown at Checkout or in the authenticated workspace govern the selected catalog version. Included credits refresh according to the plan. Purchased credits persist only while the subscription remains active unless the applicable catalog says otherwise.

Automatic tax collection is currently disabled. We will enable collection only after applicable registration or qualified professional tax advice supports doing so. You remain responsible for taxes you owe unless applicable law requires us to collect them.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, suspended, or restricted to protect customers, providers, or the platform. Material commercial changes apply prospectively through a versioned catalog or updated terms.

Account closure

Customers may cancel a subscription and erase eligible content using the documented controls. We may suspend access for nonpayment, security risk, prohibited use, or material breach while preserving legally required billing and audit records.

Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCE Outreach is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, or uninterrupted and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Connected Engineering LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, or data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Connected Engineering LLC's total direct liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid for the service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where lawful, state-court proceedings must be brought in Dickson County, Tennessee, and federal proceedings must be brought in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Each party consents to those courts' jurisdiction and venue.
