Support and data erasure

How invited customers request help, preserve evidence safely, and remove customer content.

Effective date: August 27, 2026

Support channel

Email caleb@getconnectedengineering.com for customer support, privacy, security, billing correction, or data-erasure requests.

What to report

Include the visible fixed result, approximate time, affected feature, and whether any payment or delivery may have occurred. Do not send passwords, API keys, database strings, recipient data, raw workbook rows, provider payloads, or private links.

Ambiguous effects

Suspected unauthorized access, an ambiguous charge, or an ambiguous delivery should be reported immediately and must not be retried while it is being reconciled.

Immediate erasure

An authorized user may erase a workflow and its readable customer content immediately through the product's erasure controls. Export first if an approved business record is needed. Erasure is irreversible and later workflow, content, media, and recipient-link access must be denied. Minimum billing, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and security records may be retained when legally or operationally necessary.

Account or provider disconnection

Authorized managers may disconnect supported email providers and use the billing portal for subscription management. Revocation blocks future use but may retain minimal audit and billing history needed to reconcile prior effects.
