Privacy notice
How GCE Outreach handles account, campaign, contact, billing, generation, and recipient-video information.
Information processed
We process invited-account identifiers, tenant membership, campaign guidance, imported contact records, pack and message content, workflow decisions, coarse recipient-video engagement, billing status, credit activity, and security/audit events needed to operate the service.
Purposes
Information is used to authenticate customers, isolate tenants, generate and review business outreach, administer subscriptions and credits, deliver explicitly authorized messages, support export and erasure, prevent abuse, and operate and secure the service.
AI generation
Approved business context may be sent to OpenAI for generation with storage disabled. Recipient names, email addresses, phone numbers, URLs, credentials, and tenant authority are excluded from model input.
Service providers
Infrastructure, authentication/database, payment, AI, storage, and customer-selected email providers process only the information required for their assigned function. Payment details remain with Stripe and are not stored by GCE Outreach.
Retention and erasure
Imported contact records are retained for no more than 12 months unless erased earlier. An authorized user may erase a workflow and its readable customer content immediately through the product's erasure controls. Minimum billing, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and security records may be retained when legally or operationally necessary.
Recipient video
Recipient-video engagement uses coarse, privacy-safe event categories and does not store IP addresses. Unavailable or erased links do not create engagement events.
Access, correction, and privacy requests
Authorized customer managers may read tenant-safe projections, export eligible records, correct supported account details, and disconnect providers. Email caleb@getconnectedengineering.com for privacy, correction, or erasure assistance.
